Group Strategy - Conditions
The mesmer has two nifty spells...
One is elite and for the life of me I can't remember the name... It's a hex that for 4-14 seconds or something, any time the target suffers from a new condition, everything around him get affected by that condition too. There's also epidemic, which simply gives all the conditions on the target to the enemeis around him one time... These two spells seem good for spreading conditions among enemies.
Would it be a good strategy for two of the mesmers in my guild to focus on these abilities that move conditions around on the enemies, while others in the group made sure to pick abilities that caused conditions? It seems to me that if everyone on the team is focussing on putting at least one condition on the enemies, and the mesmers are working to extend those conditions to more of the enemies, it could be quite deadly... With all those conditions on the enemies it would really take it's toll.
What do you think?

don't forget about fragility...
that elite is called fevered dream I believe... don't quite know where to find it.
your mesemer can do this in spare time... however, disabling opponent monk are usually more important... unless you got a 3rd mesemer to do this...

It would probably work well for what it is, however I wouldnt say it would be a dominant PVP strategy.

Make sure both your mesmers have the spells to spread conditions. Then get abilities in the group that can add conditions quickly and consistantly (no long cooldowns). Toss some Fragility in there to take down high priority targets quickly and it should work pretty well.
You probably won't even need a lot of monk hate because if his entire team is burning, poisoned, diseased, blind, exhaused, and suffering from deep wounds his best option is Draw Conditions (transfers conditions from target ally to yourself and heals you for each condition, very spammable). As long as you keep backfire and fragilty on him you should be fine.
Strength: Abilty to focus fire almost entirely while causing chaos and a solid ammount of AoE. Easy to pull off once everyone has their 'condition' build set up.
Weakness: Requires several rather specific builds. If multiple enemies know what you're doing and they are hot on the Draw Conditions button your entire strategy falls apart.
As with many of my posts...pure theory craft....it's worth a shot though.
